I was invited back to the 2014 Book Expo America in New York City for an autograph session next May. There will be an expected 35,000 attendees from book buyers to international publishers at this biggest book event of the year. I hope to have my new sequel, 444 The Lost Keys, published by then.

I have officially begun writing the sequel to 444 The Key to the Island. The new book will be titled: 444 The Lost Keys. It, too, will be set on the island of Kauai. This new novel will take on several twists that keep you in constant suspense. You'll be putting together the pieces of the puzzle and guessing right up until the end! I felt compelled to contact the seller of this pendant to find out why it was numbered N444. Here is the response they sent: "What a coincidence!! N444 just happened to be the next number in our inventory series so it's even more intriguing that your book title refers to that number and makes reference to The Key..." I woke again this morning at exactly 4:44, and of course my mind began racing. I began thinking about the sequel to 444 The Key to the Island as I have done on so many occasions when I can't sleep. The difficulty is balancing the time I now spend on marketing with writing. I'm looking for new, inexpensive ways to market my book. If you have ideas or suggestions, I am all ears!
We will be having an open house on Saturday, Dec. 1 at our new office from 1-3pm. Tod will be doing a book signing and we will have fun Christmas crafts for the kids to do. Please bring the whole family and enjoy some treats! Location: 1098 Sunrise Ave., Suite 190 Directly across the street from KFC/Bel Air where we currently reside. I decided to sell my Jeep Commander, which has probably been my all-time favorite vehicle I've ever owned. I figured it was time to downsize, at least the engine, since I no longer need a giant V-8 Hemi with which to tow. I felt like I've been procrastinating the inevitable, so I finally made up a sign and went to check the odometer reading so I I could look up the Blue Book value and list it on the sale. I'm taking this one as a definite sign to follow through with this little change in my life. What are the odds I'd have 75,444 miles on it while parked in the driveway on the day I go to sell it? |
