Skin Rashes
Skin rashes can vary from mild to extreme and may come and go depending on many factors. Many skin rashes are linked to liver congestion, which forces unprocessed toxins into the tissues where they work their way to the surface. Liver cleansing is usually a good start when dealing with skin problems.
Many skin rashes result from excess yeast in and on the body. Yeast thrives in areas where oxygen is limited, thus it is most commonly found in areas that are moist and hidden from sunlight. Rashes that appear on the face may be due to a subacious (under the skin) yeast or bacteria. Often, stress and anxiety will hinder the immune system and allow these undesirable parasites to thrive.
Diet is a very important factor in controlling yeast in the body. Products such as dairy and refined foods will feed the yeast, starve the body of oxygen, and create a haven for bacteria and harmful organisms. Dairy, in particular, can drastically increase the mucous production in the body, which will clog the lymphatic system and prevent toxins from being removed through normal channels. This forces the body to store these toxins or find other routes of elimination such as through the skin. Acne is another common result.
There are some natural products that can be applied topically to help alleviate itching, but to properly address the real problem, it is most desirable to start from within and work your way out since that is how the dis-ease manifests. Of course, there are many skin rashes that can result from topical exposure to contaminates or even insect bites, but these are all together different and should be treated as such.
